Our Personal Training program is designed to provide our clients with an individualized program based on your needs which will help you achieve your goals. Benefits of working with a personal trainer include:

Consultations & Assessments

Meet the your trainer, go over contracts and discuss your fitness goals in a FREE Consultation. You're comprehensive Assessments will bring clients through a series of short tests to determine your current fitness level. For the client’s goals & availability, and to start the next steps of hiring a trainer to meet their fitness needs.

Individual Sessions

This (private) one-hour session will allow you the opportunity to train individually, or with up to 2 friends, with a certified personal trainer

Packages

Purchase 6 or more sessions at one time and receive our discounted rate. Once purchased, you will receive a custom 7-day meal guide; limited to one per client. (Note: Once you have purchased your BDF package, you will have a limited number of weeks to complete your sessions. You will NOT be reimbursed for unused sessions, so please take this into consideration when purchasing your PT package.)
